Before you email, the answer might already be here:
- Where is my order? — See our Shipping Policy for processing and transit times. You’ll have a tracking number once your order ships.
- My order arrived damaged or wrong — See the Refund & Returns Policy. Email us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll refund or replace.
- Can I change my shipping address? — If the order hasn’t shipped, email us right away. Once packed, we can’t reroute it.
- Do you ship internationally? — Not at this time. We ship within the 50 United States only.
- Can I return an unopened product? — No. All sales are final except for damaged, wrong, or missing items.
