Refund & Returns Policy

We do not accept returns. Our fulfillment warehouse does not process returns, so you never need to ship anything back to us. All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or missing items, we will fully refund or replace it based on a photo — read on for how.

When we refund or replace

We will fully refund or replace your order (your choice) if the product arrives:

  • Damaged — broken, leaking, or otherwise unusable on arrival
  • Wrong — we sent you a different product or variant than what you ordered
  • Missing — your package arrived but an item is not inside
  • Defective — the product has a clear manufacturing defect

How to request a refund or replacement

  1. Email support@bodyworksandproducts.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and at least one clear photo of the product and packaging.
  3. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Replacements ship from our US warehouse and typically arrive in 3–7 business days.

What is not eligible

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with (hygiene reasons)
  • Orders reported more than 7 days after delivery
  • Change-of-mind requests — we do not accept returns on unopened items for personal preference reasons
  • Issues caused by improper use, allergic reaction (please check ingredients before use), or storage
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Allergic reactions and sensitivity

Every product page lists the ingredients provided by the manufacturer. If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, please review the ingredient list before ordering. We recommend a patch test for any new skincare product. We cannot refund products based on an adverse reaction once the item has been opened.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier, then email us. We will work with the carrier to open a claim. We are not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.

Canceling an order

If your order has not yet shipped, email us right away and we will try to cancel it. Once an order is in fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.
