How long until my order arrives?
Orders ship from our partner's US warehouse within 1–2 business days, then take 3–7 business days in transit. Total: typically 4–9 business days door-to-door.

Where do products ship from? Are they authentic?
Every order ships from a US warehouse — no overseas wait, no customs surprises. Products are sourced direct from PHOFAY's supplier feed (not gray-market resellers), so they're authentic.
What's your return policy?
We don't accept change-of-mind returns (our warehouse can't process them). But if your order arrives damaged, wrong, or missing items, send a photo within 7 days and we'll refund or replace — your choice. No shipping it back.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship to the 50 United States only — no PO boxes, APO/FPO, or US territories. International shipping is on the roadmap.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email when your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show carrier activity after the email arrives — that's normal.
Can I cancel an order after I place it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email support@bodyworksandproducts.com right away and we'll try to catch it. Once it's in fulfillment, we can't change or cancel.
I have an allergy. What ingredients are in these products?
Every product page lists the manufacturer's ingredients. We recommend a patch test on any new skincare product before regular use. Refunds aren't available for allergic reactions to opened products — please check the ingredient list before ordering.
